Bronson TI 500 — Voltage Transformer 110V↔︎230V

For hi-fi lovers and expats with mid-power US devices. The TI 500 converts bidirectionally between 110V and 230V — 400W continuous, 500W maximum.

The TI 500 delivers 500W maximum power for up to 15 minutes and 400W continuously. It suits hi-fi amplifiers, turntables, small kitchen appliances and styling tools.

Bidirectional 110V↔︎230V — Step-Up and step-down.

Select your local voltage on the input switch and the TI 500 converts both ways — 110V to 230V and back. It runs US devices in Europe and European devices on US power.

EU, UK and US Sockets — No travel adapter.

The front panel carries one EU Schuko, one UK Type G and one US Type B outlet. It connects devices from different regions directly, without a separate travel adapter.

I brought a US kitchen appliance like a coffee grinder — is the TI 500 the right converter?

Yes — small US kitchen appliances up to about 260W run on the TI 500 (400W continuous).

Allow at least 1.5x the appliance wattage as reserve. A US coffee grinder or a small mixer fits well; appliances with a heating element (kettle, hair dryer) draw more and need the TI 1000 or TI 2000.

Can I run two devices on the TI 500 at the same time?

Only if the two devices together stay under 400W continuously.

In practice that usually means one device at a time. If you regularly run several at once, the TI 1000 or TI 2000 is the better fit — more reserve and extra sockets.

Can the TI 500 stay powered on continuously?

Yes — the TI 500 is rated for continuous duty and can stay on indefinitely.

As a toroidal transformer it runs cool under typical load. A connected device keeps drawing power; switching the device off cuts that draw fully.

Can I run the TI 500 with a US input plug?

Yes — the TI 500 ships with an EU or UK input plug, and US input cables are available as accessories.
