Bronson TI 1500 — Voltage Transformer 110V↔︎230V

For expats and pros with higher-draw US and UK devices. The TI 1500 converts bidirectionally between 110V and 230V — 1200W continuous, 1500W maximum.

The TI 1500 delivers 1500W maximum power for up to 15 minutes and 1200W continuously. It suits demanding kitchen appliances, power tools and multi-device setups.

Bidirectional 110V↔︎230V — Step-up and step-down.

Select your local voltage on the input switch and the TI 1500 converts both ways — 110V to 230V and back. It runs US devices in Europe and European devices on US power.

EU, UK and US Sockets — No travel adapter.

The front panel carries one EU Schuko, one UK Type G and one US Type B outlet. It connects devices from different regions directly, without a separate travel adapter.

Frequently asked questions

My device's nameplate shows a wattage range — which value do I use?

The higher value — the TI 1500 has to cover the maximum power your device can draw.

Devices with variable load, like a sewing machine or a power tool, show a range. If it reads "800-1200W", size the converter for 1200W, not the average.

I have a Thermomix from Mexico rated 1000W — is the TI 1500 enough?

Yes — a 1000W Thermomix sits within the TI 1500's 1200W continuous rating with about 200W of reserve.

The Thermomix draws almost its full rating while heating, so don't run a second device on the same converter at the same time.

Does the TI 1500 trip when I switch on motor devices?

No — the soft-start circuit limits the inrush current, so the breaker does not trip at power-on.

That helps with high-inrush devices like power tools, compressors or air fryers. If a device draws more than 1200W continuously, the TI 2000 is the right choice.

Can the TI 1500 run continuously at full load?

Yes — the TI 1500 is rated for 1200W continuous and stays cool as a toroidal transformer.

Short-term it covers up to 1500W for about 15 minutes. For devices that continuously draw more than 1200W, choose the TI 2000.

The TI 1500 has a soft-start circuit that limits the inrush current at power-on. Motor and heating devices with a high startup draw switch on without tripping the breaker at the moment of power-on.
