Delivery & Returns
All our products are dispatched latest on the next working day after an order has been placed and paid for. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be informed via email.
We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible, nor do we deliver to packing stations.
Delivery times
Generally, the expected delivery period within Germany will take 1 to 3 working days.
Orders made inside the European Union are expected to be delivered within 3 and 5 working days after being dispatched - tracking is usually available through the website of the delivery organisation.
All other destinations might have longer delivery time, estimated 10 to 20 working days, depending on your location.
Faster delivery options are not available on the website by default, but can be arranged with our customer service team via email at [email protected] , or via phone at +49 (0) 30 466 988 80 (working days from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central European Time). The shipping costs will be defined accordingly.

Customs & Duty
All orders ship from Germany, with exception for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom - we try to ship from within the UK in order to minimize fees, however this is dependent on available local stock.. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
