The WTI 6000 delivers 4800 watts continuous and up to 6000 watts maximum. It powers high-draw device classes such as industrial machines, compressors and professional power tools on 110V or 230V.

Bidirectional 110V↔230V, Pure Sine Wave

The converter works both ways: 110 volts to 230 volts and 230 volts to 110 volts. The pure sine wave feeds voltage-sensitive electronics without distortion.

Schuko, UK Type G, US Type B + Terminal

The outputs provide Schuko (Type F), UK Type G and US Type B. Input and output have screw terminals for permanent wiring into installations.

Frequently asked questions

Does the WTI 6000 have a built-in soft-start?

No. The WTI 6000 has no built-in soft-start.

Bronson offers the CL series as a separate inrush limiter. The large toroidal core draws high current briefly at switch-on, which can otherwise trip the upstream breaker.

Is a 16 A upstream breaker enough for the WTI 6000?

No. 16 A is not enough for full load — the 230V side has a 25 A circuit breaker.

Provide at least 25 A on the building circuit. With less, the WTI 6000 runs at reduced load only.

Is the WTI 6000 suitable for sensitive studio equipment?

Yes. The pure sine wave feeds studio equipment without distortion.

It has no galvanic isolation, though. Against ground-loop hum an isolation transformer (Bronson TT) is the right addition.

Can I use the WTI 6000 in a full-size RV on US trips?

Yes. The WTI 6000 works both ways — 110 V from the US supply to a 230 V system and back.

It is wall-mountable and hardwires via screw terminal; 4800 W continuous covers larger onboard loads.

Wall-Mount for Industrial Installation

The WTI 6000 sits in a rugged wall-mountable steel enclosure (17.9 kg) and bolts down as a fixed installation. It stays mounted on a workshop or plant wall and frees up floor space at the machine.

Input and Output Protection

The WTI 6000 is protected at the input by the resettable circuit breaker (50 A/110 V, 25 A/230 V) and at each output by 15 A short-circuit protection. On overload or a short circuit the relevant protection trips — device protection without extra wiring, and the breaker resets after a trip.
